A specialist Multilingual Technology Sales Recruiter working with Large Global Technology vendors across the UK & Europe.

Responsible for the overall growth and development of CPI Selection and part of the management team driving the company’s aggressive expansion strategy across Temporary and Permanent recruitment.  With the aim of being the partner of choice for Sales recruitment in the Technology sector.

We have a truly exceptional team and enjoy a great working environment. If you enjoy pool, Xbox or a cold coke from the fridge in the Lazy Lounge you will enjoy lunchtimes at CPI.  We have many incentives throughout the year including go-carting, clay pigeon shooting and our very own Sports Day which was… very competitive! Did I mention Pizza Friday on the last Friday of the month?

Outside of the office I have a busy life with my wife and five children; I am naturally competitive, a regular gym user, a declining footballer and a frustrated golfer..

I initially spent five years in retail banking, progressing into retail management for two leading brands. Since 1990 I have been working within recruitment and have been responsible for recruiting for numerous global organisations within the Telecoms / Technology sectors, I have covered a wide range of vacancies from Junior up to Director level in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Having spent in excess of 25 years in recruitment I have a built up a significant network of contacts. My role as Office Manager at CPI Selection sees me covering a wide range of responsibilities, including administration, accounts, weekly payroll and ad hoc projects.

Originally from a banking background, I quickly realised that the sales environment, with its buzz and energy, was far more appealing and I have mainly worked in sales offices since.

Outside of the office I enjoy competing in dressage competitions on my horse; a childhood dream finally realised.

Internally we have a fantastic team environment and enjoy a great work / life balance and are given complete autonomy to execute and deliver our goals.

Outside of work most of my time is spent with my two children aged 8 and 11, whether it’s sitting down and helping with homework, taking them to one of many of their activities or just being their taxi! When I do get spare time I go to the gym and I can play a mean game of chess.
