Last week we went to London as a team for our Q1 wrap up and had a fantastic time! We experienced 'Escape London' where we solved puzzles, hunted for clues and cracked codes. Mentally exhausting but don't worry...we prepared well by eating first at Jamie's Italian! A GREAT day out!
CPI Celebrated more fantastic successes with Josh Moy achieving 130% of target, Sam Hyde achieving 153% of target and, lastly but certainly not least, Anna Bembnowicz achieving a massive 163% of target. Well done team brilliant effort! Bring on our August celebrations!
We had an awesome be 'A Ranger Day' with The Chiltern Rangers on Friday. We helped revive The Wye Chilterns area of outstanding natural beauty removing Himalayan Balsam and a lot of rubbish; 20 black sacks full plus parts of a cooker, monitor, sleeping bag, bath mat 2x umbrellas, soffits and more...!
The Temp team smashed through 100 Temps working...what a brilliant achievement! Well done Tony, Samanatha, Anna and Zoe! Our next target 150!
And the Outstanding Performance Award 2015 goes to...Tony Wight!
Neal Shipman had to take on the forfeit of having to wear a penguin suit to our clay pigeon shooting day out. Unlucky for him for losing the office fantasy football competition. Lucky for us, we all enjoyed a very different day out as a team.
We enjoyed our annual Sports day at CPI last Friday. We played a great variety of different games and sports - From rounders to football; egg tossing to splat!! It was a fantastic and WELL DESERVED fun filled afternoon :)
The CPI team enjoyed a great day out at the race course last Friday. What with a delicious lunch at the Stag, a fantastic atmosphere at the races and excellent company! It was a thoroughly enjoyed (and highly deserved!) day out!
How time flies! Nearly two weeks ago, some of the CPI Selection Team enjoyed a CPI Social night at the local curry house, a chance to unwind and relax as a team. When you enlighten your friends and family about how work is going, the team at CPI can truly say they are valued as employees and the time outside the office together is just as important as the time inside.
Tremendous success for the CPI Temporary Division, in less than a year the team has more than doubled in size. Tony has successfully lead his team to over 100 temps working and Anna has smashed her personal best three times consecutively, nothing will stop them! We are all very psyched to see how the newer team members will deliver and we will support them to achieve their very best! Go Temp Team!
Fantastic evening celebrating with some of the team, wrapping up the 2nd Quarter, on Friday at The Crazy Bear in Beaconsfield. John and Neil didn't quite make the photo in time but it was a great evening enjoyed by everyone!
A few snaps of our June Achieves with our Director Neil. We hope they enjoy their bottle of Champagne and spend their vouchers on a nice treat! Well done Anna, Tony, Scott and Josh! #AchieveGreatness #Amazingresults #TeamCPI #Smashingtargets
Great night out at the Crazy Bear in Beaconsfield after the team overachieved February’s target. We enjoy the wonderful Thai sharing menu and a few cocktails and glasses of wine along the way!
A night out to London and it looks like either John caught the sun or Anna and Aggie said something to embarrass him. Great night with the team, if only we had a few more photos!
We thought it would be a good idea for us to have a try at Go Karting as our quarterly incentive.
This proved to be a bit competitive to say the least as some of us were disqualified for dangerous driving and braking the track.
