Executives to join their expanding team and help grow their UK market place. You will have a desire and need to seek new business, grow accounts and close off deals quickly and with ease. With a basic salary of up to £25,000, an uncapped OTE that can see you earning around £30,000 a year as well as other generous benefits, you will be rewarded for the effort and time you put into this business.
This company is a market leader in high end, modern office renovations. You will be tasked with selling products that will aesthetically benefit the appearance of globally recognized company offices. This can be anything, from desks and chairs, to flooring and coloured designs for the walls and windows. You will be working on a project by project basis, discussing the needs of the customer at length to ensure the project is completed to a high standard. Due to the nature of the role, you will possess the following attributes:
-A* Customer Servies.
-Ability to close. Based in Buckinghamshire, my nationally recognised client is seeking an occumplised Internal Sales
-Ability to find solutions to business problems.
As a person, you need to have 3 key characteristics. You need to be hungry, with a desire to make money and earn as much as possible. You need to be proactive, willing to call a client last minute Friday and attempt to close a deal or arrange a meeting. You will also need to be confident, and willing to call a lead the second it comes in, and willing to go that extra mile to stand apart from your competitors. Skill wise, you do not NEED to have come from a background of B2B sales, Business Development, Telesales or Telemarketing, although it is desirable.
This role is in Buckinghamshire, so is commutable easily from High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Amersham, Chesham, Maidenhead, Slough, Beaconsfield, Thame, Stokenchurch and Princes Risborough.
