Customer Service Manager / Customer Service Team Leader x 2 £27,000 plus attractive benefits

Based from their UK head office in the centre of Bracknell, Berks.

I am working with a global business that operate in over 10 countries worldwide who have experienced year on year growth and remain at the top of their game in providing a crucial and need to have service within their portfolio of products.

They are looking for a number of experienced Customer Service Managers / Customer Service Team Leaders to join their division. Working alongside and supporting the New business and Account Management teams you will manage a crucial team who are tasked with delivering exceptional levels of customer service, client retention and ensuring that client satisfaction is priority.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a daily workforce of customer service executives
  • Ensuring KPI and service levels are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Driving best standards
  • Extensive client liaison and at times attending client site
  • Ensuring reporting activity is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Monitoring development and carrying out team appraisals

    Desirable experience:

  • A background within a B2B Commercial Customer Service environment
  • Proven Team Leader / Supervisory / Management experience
  • Sound knowledge of working with reporting systems
  • Knowledge of office packages with a particular strength in Excel/Spreadsheets
  • Solid experience in coaching, developing and mentoring a team
