A highly successful company within IT software sales and services is looking for a talented and accomplished Graduate Business Development Executive to join up with their Internal Sales team. With controlling stake in the market, and supplying over 10,000 companies in over 80 countries, there is room to take that next step and continue their expansion plans. Paying a generous salary of £30,000, with a realistic opportunity to add an extra £15,000 onto, this opportunity is not one to be missed. And with clear progression mapped out higher sales roles in the company, then your earning potential is only going to increase. Top performing it sales executives regularly exceed £60k as an annual take home, so if you are career minded, money hungry, driven and strive to succeed in all you do, there is no reason why you will not be seeing that figure on your P60 within a couple years.

In relation to your position and the requirements of the role. The main responsibilities for you in this position is to build an enviable sales pipeline for the business. Targeting a variety of businesses throughout the UK and the world, you will be tasked with creating a real ‘demand’ for the products on offer, and securing meetings for mobile sales executives. Working closely with the marketing team and various Account Executives, you will be prospecting clients who are considered to be of a high value to the business. With the ultimate goal of exceeding the revenue goal throughout the EMEA region.

An ideal candidate will be a graduate with 12+ months IT Sales experience, ideally selling software, and have a history of dealing with contacts at a director or executive level. You will also ideally have graduated within a business, marketing, communications or similar discipline (however this is not entirely essential). You will have a clear track record of doing what it takes to identify new business, and have the figures to back this up.

This role is located in Buckinghamshire, and is easily commutable from Amersham, High Wycombe, Marlow, Henley, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Bourne End, Loudwater and the surrounding areas. This will suit someone who has worked as a Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales Executives, Sales Representative, IT Sales, Field Sales, or similar position.
