Job Description

A fantasticopportunity has arisen within a market leading business that originates fromHigh Wycombe and now conducts business on an international level. The positioncurrently on offer is that of a CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER, and requires someonewho has a passion for customer service, and can inspire and drive a teamforward. Leading half of a 16 person team, you will be expected to provideoutstanding customer service to the businesses clients, quote for new businessand orders, and organising sales paperwork in accordance with company CRMsystems and processes. In return, you will be paid a generous salary of£25,000, with an annual bonus of 15% of salary, free parking and a generousholiday allowance.

You willhave numerous key responsibilities in this role, which will include 121coaching and support, maintaining product pricing and margins, preparing quotesand orders as well as liaising with external sales teams to ensure a clearstream of communication throughout the company. You will also be competitive,and be able to create an environment that drives the various personalities inthe team to perform to a high standard.

The companyworks heavily with architects and companies within the building industry, andsupplies bespoke products that range from doors to blinds and even to windows. Theseare made to order for top end buildings and establishments.

As an idealcandidate, you will have come from a position of authority, where you have beenleading a team with consistence results. You will have outstanding skills interms of prioritising a workload and every changing to do list, whilst alwaysmaintaining an immaculate level of work. You will be a strong communicator, andbe articulate and motivated.
