Business Development Manager, Scotland - £25,000 - £30,000 + commission and benefits

Our client is looking for a new Business Development Manager with the hunger, commitment and communication skills to double their basic salary. Where is it based?
Scotland, home based role

Outstanding and uncapped commission structure – expectation of earning up to £40K Year 1, Year 2 OTE expectation will be £40-£60K. A typical contract value to their customers over 36x months average £3,600 which you will earn up to 7.5% commission on per sale, so an incredibly generous and realistic commission structure.

What will I be doing?

  • Research and identify new business opportunities via the phone, web and face to face visits
  • Methodically qualify, build and manage and accurate pipe line
  • Strategically attack the pipe line to close new business
  • Generating new business and managing a portfolio of existing clients
  • Exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, optimistic and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete while remaining a fantastic team player

    What I need to have to be their next Business Development Manager

  • Proven B2B, full-cycle sales experience
  • Previous CRM experience, preferred
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Works well in a team environment
