Business Development Manager / Internal Sales - High Wycombe - £25k+ £10k bonus

I am working with a global leader in their field and they can boast an impressive client base that includes some of the worlds major household brands within their sector.

Due to significant growth of both the business and their client acquisition wins they are looking for a Business Development Manager / Internal Sales professional to join their team. This position will be a mix of both new business and managing an already existing portfolio of clients and need a fresh, dynamic and driven personality to join the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generating leads and securing new business opportunities

* Delivering a solution based sale and selling the products and services against client needs and requirements

* Supporting the Account Directors in their management of major accounts to the business

* Supporting the Operations Manager in particular with sales process and online sales

* Maintaining a portfolio of existing clients managing their demanding requirements

Desirable experience:

* Proven experience in winning new and managing a portfolio of clients

* Ability to generate leads and act on them

* Ability to learn new products / services and match them to your customer needs

* Proven background in working to tight deadlines

* Organisational, attention to detail and negotiation skills are a must for you to succeed

* The ability to work with your customers both on the phone and face to face

Ideal candidates will be living within a reasonable commute to High Wycombe town centre, there will be a requirement at times for frequent travel to their London office and the possibilities of spending time in their global offices.
