Job Description

Internal Sales Executive – High Wycombe – to £25,000 plus bonus.

I am working with a well-respected locally based business who provide bespoke training and certification for their clients on a national and international basis.

Due to a successful 2016 they are now in a position to hire an Internal Sales Executive to help develop their business to the next level by winning new business, growing an existing set of spending clients and helping the Sales Manager grow the company to the next level

Key responsibilities will include:

Pro-actively approaching new clients using a variety of new business development activities.

Managing a portfolio of existing clients and growing their annual spend with the company.

Client relationship management.

Working to set targets and KPI’s to achieve maximum bonus.

Contract negotiation / Tenders etc.

Management of a fully loaded CRM system.

Desirable experience:

Sales experience within a Business to Business Commercial Sales environment.

Management of clients in both the UK and overseas.

Experience of generating your own leads.

Account Management and client growth experience

Due to the bulk of the business being overseas, some international travel will be required.

There is a clear path for career development for the successful candidate.
