You will betasked with closing sales opportunities for your business unit. You will beworking on leads generated and passed through by a quality internal sales team,attending pre-arranged meetings as well as arranging your own to maximise yourearning potential. You will utilise the internal marketing teams campaigns togrow the company’s market share, unlock new opportunities and increase yourterritories revenue.
You will betenacious, hungry and driven to be successful. You will be the kind of personwho looks at the basic salary, and ignores it. Being far more attracted anddetermined to earn the easily achievable OTE figure. You will be consultativeand able to forge strong relationships with key decision makers at ease. Workingto a typical sales cycle of 3/6months, you will be organised, and capable tomaintain conversations and relationships for a longer period of time (ratherthan working to a ‘quick win’ mentality). Previous industry knowledge is notessential, as full product knowledge is trained by the company’s industrystandard training campaigns.
This rolewould suit someone who has previous face to face sales experience. Previouslysuccessful candidates have come from a recruitment, business developmentmanager, field sales, area sales, territory sales, business developmentexecutive, internal sales executive or similar positions. There are rolesavailable covering a majority of the Midlands and South of England.
