Job Description

Business Development Manager / New Business Manager £35,000 plus Car Allowance & Bonus

Based from their UK head office in the centre of Bracknell, Berks.

I am working with a global business that operate in over 10 countries worldwide who have experienced year on year growth and remain at the top of their game in providing a crucial and need to have service within their portfolio of products.

They are looking for a number of Experienced, hunter mentality Business Development Managers to join their Sales Division to increase the sales of new business to the company and offering a service to better your competition.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving new business acquisitions through regular sales activity
  • Ensuring KPI and service levels are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Driving best standards and opening doors to new customers
  • Extensive client liaison in both phone and face to face activity
  • Ensuring reporting activity is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Enticing clients away from your competition
  • Offering a bespoke solution to fit your clients’ needs best

    Desirable experience:

  • A background within a B2B Commercial Sales environment
  • National Account / FMCG / Retailer experience – at Head Office Level
  • A commercial sales head with a professional approach to winning new business
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts with your key decision makers
  • Proven experience in managing a defined sales territory
