Account Development Manager – Customer Success – SaaS

A rapidly growing and market leading SaaS company are looking for an Account Development Manager / Customer Success Manager / Head of Account Developmentto take responsibility client retention, customer fulfilmentto ensure maximisation out the client base

You will be managing a team of Account Development Managers, developing them to ensure the efficient running of the Account Management team whilst providing advice and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with a team of dedicated Account Managers, the Account Development Manager will work to ensure the business is elevated to the best possible position in the market

- Maximise revenue from all customer opportunities, while ensuring full commitment to customer satisfaction, retention and engagement

- Become a brand ambassador to the business representing them and identifying opportunities for customer and partner growth

- Maintain a strong knowledge of competitors and partners to ensure the best positioning in the market

- Take a proactive approach to the development of opportunities whilst feeding back and making suggestions towards future product development

- Become the first point of contact for all commercial and partner negotiations

The successful candidate must be commercial minded, with the ability to manage teams and maximise performance through influencing at all levels. You will have an accomplished sales background who takes a strategic approach to their work, enhancing the customer base through retention and satisfaction.

The business is going through a huge amount of growth and has a succession plan in place for the coming year to take the business to the next level.
