Field Sales Executive / Regional Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - to £40k plus Vehicle and £10k+ OTE

High Wycombe based client.

I am working with a market leader in their field, a well established and reputable european business who have for the past number of years led the way in service delivery and cost savings to their impressive set of clients.

Due to continued success, I am looking for a number of Field Sales Executive / Regional Sales Executives / Business Development Managers to join their sales division and help grow/maintain their customer base by offering an outsourced solution to your decision makers.

Based from their offices in High Wycombe your responsibilities will include:

* Deliver increased sales within local and SME Sectors

* Maintain a highly effective sales territory through regular face to face contact with your new and existing clients

* Building lasting relationships with your clients

* Developing a healthy sales pipeline

* Working towards set targets and KPI's

Desireable Experience:

* Solid experience in a field / territory sales based environment

* Proven record in winning new business, managing and growing a customer base

* Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Automotive / FMCG sectors

* Territory Management

Personal Attributes:

* A demonstrable record in a B2B Sales Environment.

* Strong presentation skills

* Accountable and take ownership of your numbers and your key deliverables

* Ability to build lasting relationships

To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid full UK drivers license.
