Business Development Manager / New Business Manager £35,000 plus Car Allowance & Bonus Based from their UK head office in the centre of Bracknell, Berks. I am working with a global business that operate in over 10 countries worldwide who have experienced year on year growth and remain at the top of their game in providing a crucial and need to have service within their portfolio of products. They are looking for a number of Experienced, hunter mentality Business Development Managers to join their Sales Division to increase the sales of new business to the company and offering a service to better your competition. Key responsibilities: Responsible for driving new business acquisitions through regular sales activity Ensuring KPI and service levels are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Driving best standards and opening doors to new customers Extensive client liaison in both phone and face to face activity Ensuring reporting activity is accurate and up to date at all times Enticing clients away from your competition Offering a bespoke solution to fit your clients’ needs best Desirable experience: A background within a B2B Commercial Sales environment National Account / FMCG / Retailer experience – at Head Office Level A commercial sales head with a professional approach to winning new business Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts with your key decision makers Proven experience in managing a defined sales territory This is a huge and exciting opportunity to develop and grow with a global business.
